However, with respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Shared Photo Library, you grant South Pacific Management, Hotels, Resorts & Spa the following worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive licence(s), as applicable:

• With respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of South Pacific Management Hotels, Resorts & Spa, the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Shared Photo Library solely for the purposes of providing and promoting the specific South Pacific Management Group to which such Content was submitted or made available. This licence exists until South Pacific Management Hotels, Resorts & Spa decides to remove the Content from the Shared Photo Library.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold South Pacific Management Hotels, Resorts & Spa and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Shared Photo Library, your use of the Shared Photo Library, your connection to the Shared Photo Library, your violation of the website’s Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.

Notice and procurement for making claims of copyright or intellectual property infringement

South Pacific Management Hotels, Resorts & Spa respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. South Pacific Management Hotels, Resorts & Spa may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide South Pacific Management Hotels, Resorts & Spa's Copyright Agent the following information:
