Nukutepipi is one of the most exclusive islands in the world. It is a private paradise nestled in the waters of French Polynesia.
This idyllic private island is located in the heart of the Pacific Ocean. With its approximate length of 5.6 km, Nukutepipi is one of the smallest atolls in the Tuamotu Archipelago of French Polynesia.
Nukutepipi is home to a unique collection of rare tropical flora and fauna, a primary forest, untouched beaches, a protected lagoon and natural coral reefs. The ongoing preservation and protection of its ecosystem is one of our proudest achievements, and we are fully dedicated to maintaining and sustaining a balance between the needs of the island’s natural habitat and those of our guests.
In this particularly fragile place, the concept of an ecosystem takes all its value. Indeed, fauna, flora, micro-organisms and the natural elements are interdependent within an energy and material exchange network that ensures the maintenance, balance and development of the island.
The use of solar energy and the recovery of rainwater constitute our first means of action in the protection of the environment on the island. The atoll also aims to be almost self-sufficient in food thanks to the maintenance of a vegetable garden, the breeding of chickens and the introduction of bees to promote pollination.
